By submitting your order, you agree to all terms and conditions as stated below.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer no returns or exchanges on food items. Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of package arrival. You will be required to pay any and all shipping charges to and from for returns and exchanges.
Any products returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping is an estimate only. Some items may require oversized shipping boxes, and will be noted on the description of the item. By purchasing these oversized items, you agree to pay any and all shipping charges required to ship your package. If shipping charges go above the estimated amount of shipping, you will be emailed the additional amount and will be charged and shipped the following work day. Please note, fake cakes may be $15-$60 per shipment, depending on amount ordered, size of fake cakes ordered, or location of shipment (the farther away from Ohio, the more it will cost).
Damages/Missing Package During Shipment
Please email about any damages or missing packages. Damage information must be emailed within 48 hours of package delivery or request will be void. Photo(s) must be included with email about damage. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and refund or re-ship your item(s) damaged.
If your package has not arrived in the scheduled amount of time, we will file a missing package claim with the shipper. You are also welcome to do this yourself to save time in responses. If the shipper has determined the package has been lost and issues a refund for product and shipping, we will re-ship your package at your request.
Fragile items, including but not limited to, pressed sugars, edible flowers, edible images, gingerbread houses, etc, are not available for refunds. Please order these at your own risk. We will package these items as carefully as possible to ensure little or no damage. Many damaged food items can be pieced back together with icing, or when placed on the item you are adding it to.
Some items, including but not limited to, chocolate, icing, shortening, wax items, etc, may melt during transit. Our company cannot be held liable for items arriving melted. Please keep in mind the weather when ordering items.
Adding to an Order Already Placed
We do not offer add ons to orders already placed. Please place a new order for additional items you require.
If an item(s) is unavailable and ordered for backorder, your entire order will be held for shipment. Shipping paid is only for one shipment. If you would like to order additional items along with a backorder, please place two orders.
We do not guarantee cancelation or that changes can be made to orders once they are placed. If you would like to cancel an order, there is a 3% cancelation fee and a 15% restocking fee (if order has been processed). If the order has already processed for shipment, no cancelation can be made. Special/bulk case orders cannot be canceled for any reason.
Yearly Holidays we will be Closed: All major Federal Holidays, as well as January 1st and 2nd, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day and day after, December 24-26th.
